FOR CLIENTS
We may combine several methods of search to ensure that you get access to the most suitable candidates for your vacancies - including database, advertised and head-hunt search.  In many cases, particularly at board level, we are aware that there may be only very few individuals who are able to fulfil the criteria of your appointments.  We can, by prior agreement, undertake a targeted headhunt.  This will involve detailed strategy discussions with you to agree on the people to target.  We will then confidentially approach potential candidates on your behalf, produce a list of possibilities, pre-screen, interview and present a comprehensive shortlist for you.
